Location: A hybrid work schedule based out of the Boise, ID office with three days in the office and two days working remotely.
What You'll Do
- Investigate, evaluate, and proactively manage workers compensation claims from start to finish.
- Negotiate settlements and drive claims toward successful resolution.
- Build strong relationships with injured workers, employers, medical providers, and attorneys.
- Make thoughtful, timely decisions while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Contribute to a collaborative team focused on excellence and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- Experience in workers compensation claims or a related insurance, claims, or risk management role is preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Critical thinking and the confidence to make sound, independent decisions.
- Effective negotiation skills and a solutions-focused mindset.
- A genuine desire to learn, grow, and expand your insurance industry expertise.
